Horn witha mind of its own

When I push the horn pad nothing happens when I go around a corner it lets everyone know that I'm there .How do I solve this problem?

First, this is the used parts forum. What year car and is it the stock steering wheel. A picture would help if your not sure about the steering wheel. The problem with mine was loose screws shown in the picture.
