I have not bought parts from the Uk, but i agree , I might be skeptical. I would look at the amount of posts they have, and how active they are. If they are on here a lot, not only posting in the classifieds, but also in the boards, posting advice and questions I might not be so worried. but if their posts are limited to the classifieds I might stay clear...

Jeez some people this Dennis character is also busy trying to scam people on vintage watch forums namely Chronocentric for one offering up any and all vintage Heuer parts....

As I've said before, if you're suspicious about a UK seller it's always worth sending a pm to me (or another known UK Pelicanite) to see if I know the person - these UK scammers nearly always contact you via email after you've posted a 'Wanted' ad including your email address.

- & the 'scammer' nearly always has a listed address in Lancashire (Lancs) ...
