My suggestion: since it is re-covered, you need to photograph the difficult-to-cover areas, especially the 'ledge' forward of the instrument arch. Companies that re-cover these dashes sometimes put seams there and sometimes just stretch and glue the vinyl covering.

So you never mentioned who recovered the dash, I'm sure people are concerned it was done by a pro. BTW you need more close up photos.
