I Just got another lot in this 1974 911 2.7 engine
Perfect if you want to build it slowly and on a budget
Save money and time since it's apart and cheaper to ship.
Engine was taken apart not too long ago

911/92 engine number

As you can see this engine is in pieces as it was going to be rebuilt but ended up not being the matching "usa Carrera" engine for the chassis.
I'm first testing the water selling it as pictured before parting it.

Can ship worldwide no problem will remove studs off the case to make shipping easier

Mag Engine case (in good condition bearings still in place
Mag chain housings (good shape
Chain sprockets (good condition useable
Tensioners (these look fresh
Chain gears (good
Cam towers (haven't inspected
Cam covers (good
Cam shafts (1 is good the other needs cleaning would recommend ground)
Rockers (all but 1 are good, needs refresh)
Mag oil breather (good
Throttle plate (good
Oil pump (spins free, not damaged, 3 rib type
Oil pump shaft (good
Intermediate shaft (good
Thermostat (not tested yet looks good though
Fresh Case bolts (new or refinished
Cylinders (1 had a broken ring, one light scratch in cylinder )
Mahle pistons, 3 cylinder/Pistons look recently replaced

Not pictured crankshaft w/rods in place
Crank looks good, 1 journal has a rub Mark, showed it to an engine builder(3rd party) and it looks like it can easily polish out.

Need to check with builder for valves and valve related items

I'm asking $3200 obo for the lot ( low ballers need not reply)
I have detailed photos on the lot

Shipping will go fedex in 4 boxes and shouldn't be too much
$250 (estimate) or so insurance and signature
Too expensive to go greyhound ($50-100) unless buyer wants the risk and pats bank wire.

Full disclosure with sale

I can also have the engine rebuilt if buyer wishes
Full service long block w/ warranty and decent turn around time
Can twin plug and make it a hot rod, these services are extra and not included in price


Currently I am not parting it as I want it gone in a lot
