Wtb: 964 rear brake caliper pistons
Need 4 28mm and 4 30mm pistons for a 964 Brembo Caliper. These are the early style that are not stepped down on the outside end. Thanks in advance.

Somebody's got to have some junk calipers that I can buy for the pistons.

Are you looking for the old style pistons that do not use rubber dust boots and instead use scraper style dust seals (like the 930 calipers)? Those are a bit harder to find since they were used from around late '85 to '88. You can also try asking some 944 Turbo and 928 guys?
Rock Auto also has them. I looked up an '86 944 Turbo and they have six of the 28mm for $5.50 each and two of the 30mm (also for $5.50 each) on wholesaler closeout pricing. Made by Wagner, which is a fairly reputable large volume name brand. Although it wouldn't surprise me if it's not really a Wagner part and rebranded.
