The payment was sent and deducted from my balance as per PayPal transaction statement. And it also says you have not accepted the money (gift). Called the customer service and wait was 30 mins. stayed on the phone for 10 mins. and finally got off the phone. Too much hassle sending money as gift. So I cancelled the payment and got it back. Find another buyer. Thanks.
