Weber carb jets...
I am converting my '69 912 from the original Solex carbs to Webers. I have read there are certain parts I should swap out; jets, etc. to make the stock new Webers work their best. Does anyone out there have any knowledge about these parts?
Thanks!! |

I played with Webers on my 66 912 for a while....i found that there is always a flat spot no matter what jets are used.
The only difference that swapping out jets made was where in the RPMs the flatspot occurred. This was my jetting - I found an old post of mine on 912BBS: 32mm venturis 55 idles F11 emulsion tubes 125 mains 200 air correctors Acc. pumps set to deliver .55cc for two strokes Also the float level is set as per the Weber manual. Thanks, erik. |
