Spark plug connectors not snug
 

My car (912 E - all stock) has an irregular, lumpy idle so I looked at the spark plug connectors.
I have wires that are supposed to be installed on plugs with the threaded tops removed - I think.
There is a lot of wiggle in the connection.
According to the receipts that came with the car 3 yrs. ago, the last set of wires were factory Beru.
How much, if any, wiggle should I be able to fee l?

Mine have always wiggled a little bit. They're not loose enough to fall off or anything, but they can be wiggled.
