“Quiet Horsepower Co.” Muffler
I picked up this “Quiet Horsepower Co.” Muffler with a 914-6 parts lot. He had it on his 2.0ltr six and said, prior to rust issues, it was quite and lightweight.
Anyone have any additional info on this muffler and or it’s maunufacturer? Thanks Sergio ![]() ![]()

I bought a version from Weber for my formula race car about 10 years ago. Quiet and lightweight. Yours is worth fixing.

Thanks you all for your help in identifying this muffler and deciding if I should refurbish it.
It is a Pete Weber designed “Phase 9” both light-weight and quiet. I had my local muffler “whisperer “cut out the rusted thru areas, weld in replacement panels as well as reweld the inlet and exhaust ports. Now to find it a new home. ![]() ![]()
