I took a quick look at the pictures in the listing.

It's very much a project car. Only the chassis and motor are shown in the photos. The motor looks nice, the chassis has moderate amounts of the typical rust visible. It's not clear how much of the rest of the car you get. Presumably anything else you get is in boxes.
