jackhole to floorjack adapter

how many of you guys have the PP jack adapter? Mine came in a few days ago and I just tried it.

The higher I lift the car, it seems to angle up and start to slowly inch(millimeter??) out.

I wound up just placing the jack under one of the donut-shaped areas on either side behind the jack hole and lifting it there.

anyone have the same experience? i suppose i could be using it wrong - that would be scary - it's not like there's a lot of moving parts.

If you run the jack alongside the car, as opposed to sticking out the side, this tendency is lessened. I have found that my jack doesn't roll forward that well, so it tends to try to pull the adaptor out of the jack socket.

I have one & it does slide out of the hole a little. But, never far enough to worry & once I get axle stands under the car I feel safe.

I definately think it is better than trying to find a jacking point that won't dent up underneath of the car.
