Unhappy horn trouble

Early this spring I installed a Momo wheel and adapter with crest horn button. Worked well all spring. Now when I first start the car I get slight puff of smoke from between the adapter and the column. No horn. Fuses OK. Key and switch cool. I see the horn has it's own relay. Anybody know the location? Any thoughts. Everything else works in the car. TIA- Greg

The horn relay is on top of the fuse panel. Two screws hold the panel to the underside of the dash. You can remove them and let the thing dangle by the wiring bundle. Just be careful to keep it away from any bare metal, or you'll see a lot more "magic smoke"...
