Actually, effects like this are used in auto applications, but they are _AFTER_ the fuel is injected, usually at the combustion chamber.
You do not want to mess up your airflow as it passes over an airflow sensor. And carbs are sensative to airflow disturbances which is why the good ones have velocity stacks.

A local news station tested it out here. Not only did it not improve anything, it took them about 6 months to get the right one. They received the wrong one and then could not get ahold of the company to get the right one. Almost like they were hiding or something.
Dont waste your money

A good rule of thumb:
if an automotive device is not used by a major automobile manufacturer or commonly used on race cars, it's probably a scam. There are exceptions but this tornado piece of crap is definitely not one of them. |

The Tornado fuel saver falls into the same catagory as inline electric superchargers, great for extracting money from your wallet.

There is art in a fart, I know it well,
I raised one cheek, passed it well, In the aftermath it did not smell, For I rolled down the window, And let it blow like hell. Uh - is that close enough?
