Zach's flared 914

Here is a shot of Zach's car. Still needs more stretching in the front to fit 15x8s.

When is he gonna dump those rubber bumpers??

Geoff lol

Listen to you...this from a guy who a year or so ago LIKED his rubber bumpers! :D

Just took me longer to see the light... I lost about 80lbs of bumper weight by switching to the early chrome ones. I should weigh them together to see exactly what they are.

I still think they can look badass!

John, you da man. (I hate that expression, but it works here) What about that marker light? you (Zach) gonna keep it? Looks like it's pointing upwards a git. Anyway, that's the nicest flares I've seen.

Geoff, I think I can talk Zach into changing the bumpers right after I talk him into gullwing doors (they make the car faster).

Milt, Thanks, I'm glad you like the flares. The side marker holes will be welded up.

I weighed them and they are 43 lbs each so you lose that 86 lbs minus what the new bumpers are. That extra weight does make a difference in how the car handles.

Geoff
