Hi there, ive found an old porsche gearbox at a garage sale. the owner cant tell me what it was from as it was for a kit car an old flatmate from years ago was building.
A couple of pt no's i found on it were: 914.301.101.08 911.301.311 OR As the first number was on the gearbox casing itself i thought it might be for a 914 or ealy 911. Can someone please ched some light? TIA!

My best guess is that it is a 70 to 72 914 tailshift transmission. Going by the number you gave.

Aren't NZ $ and Canadian $ about equivalent? That'd make it about 16 cents US...

18 bucks for the part, $1500 shipping... And we do mean "ship", as in "ocean-going vessel".
