Fuel Tank Outlets with Carbs

Dumb Question...

Does one of the ports at the bottom of the fuel tanks get plugged, capped or ??? when a facet fuel pump is installed. This is prep. for installing Weber carbs.

windlake, both will work. The one larger of the two ports is the out, and the smaller is the return. The out has a coper screen that helps keep large debris in your tank from going down the tubes, and it sticks about a half an inch into the tank. The smaller tube will also work, and its lower in the tank, allowing you to get a few more gallons of fuel before you run out. I've run both ways, just make sure you have a filter before your pump.
