Porsche Crest 914-4 2.0 Fuel Tank outlet pipe gaskets.

Hey guys.

Mine were completely gone. They show NLA.

914 201 147 10 gasket
311 201 235 A

What is every one using as a substitute? Are they copper, fiber, plastic, alum?

These are the gaskets that go on the two stub pipes on the bottom of the fuel tank, along with the strainer.

I think they're fiber. I'm not sure what you can substitute for them, though. Whatever it is, make sure that it plays well with gasoline.

I got mine at Sebring West (CarQuest). They came with the fuel screen. I think that they were fiber.

I ended up using amuminum crush washers. Basically they look like what is made onto the end of the fuel screen.

After installing, and laying on by back for about 30 minutes after drying it all off with brake cleaner and air, and adding 2 gallons of gas, I'm satisfied that they aren't leaking now.
