Is there any another company besides Restoration Designs and OEM that manufactures replacement panels?

If you mean in steel, not that I know of. (Well, AA is having some company in the upper midwest make their flares.)
If you mean in fiberglass, there are a lot of companies that make one or two parts, mostly front and rear deck lids. --DD
