Yokohama Avid tires - any comments?
Fellas:
What are your thoughts on the Yokohama Avid Touring and Avid T4 tires? I was thinking of buying them from Tire Rack, but I wanted to see if anyone had anything to say about them first. I would buy the 195-60-15 to go on my stock Mahle rims which currently have 195-65-15s on them. They are about $50 per tire and about $25 shipping to WI. Any other tire/size recommendations? Any input is appreciated! Thanks, Andy...

No 'speriance on a 914, but I've had 2 sets on other stuff and they have very little force varition and balance with very little weight, which suggest very high build quality.
Perform well for typical road use, but wear faster than average. For the money, a good buy in my opinion.
