Dashboard cover
I am thinking of using a dashboard cover from Dashtops.com to cover my cracking dashboard.
Has anyone used these and what do you think of the results? |

Damn Dave, tell 'em to buy a camera and post an image - cheeeeezzzz.
And yes they do look good. Maybe I should glue mine down like they call for. Of course if you're a concours weinie, ya gotta spend the $400+ dollars for the "real stuff".

dashboard cover
Dave
I was not thinking about the one Pelican Parts is offering as it is slightly more expensive and there is no picture to look at. Have you seen the PP one installed? |

I bought one on eBay for, I think, $75. It was not especially attractive and did not fit especially well. I should have left well enough alone; the car came with a really nice dash cover that had a small crack and I assumed all covers were the same.
So I tore off that one and purchased Pelican's. I have not mounted it yet (it is too cold to be sitting in the garage with glue) but the molded in pattern is much better. Yeah, it is more money but I think it is the same as the one the car arrived with. It would have been cheaper to do it once. Story of my life... |

Hrm. I thought they had a pic of it in the catalog. It looks like a lot of the pics went away when they revised the catalog...
Either that, or I was misremembering.--DD

Cool Avatar Dave...
![]() But I have to ask...why are they so small??? Do you have influence to make them larger like on one of the 'other' 914 sites? Uh OH....I just realized my next post will be number 914.... Gotta think of something cool to post in commemoration...
