We have a winner (ok, 2 winners, but the Albany answer was too easy).

Okay I was going to say heat tube too, based more on the hole on top that looks like a rivet hole. I just drilled the rivets on mine to remove the rocker covers. BTW, the Restoration Designs (available from our host) outer rocker overlay pieces are very well made, should you require them after the rust repair.

I agree, I will be ordering the Frame stiffener kit shortly. I want to get the engine out and check out the engine shelf and the other rust attractors down there.
