no gas gauge
Ok so I just had my wire harness replaced under the dash and am so excited because now everything works! I take it back, I have no working gas gauge. The thing worked before the harness was replaced.
Any ideas? Thanks Adam

They probably didn't plug it in. Go look at the top of the tank. There should be a harness wire coming from it. You have to take the expansion tank off to plug it in. Might have been over looked.

Does the gauge get a good +12V signal when the ignition is on? (Red/white wire.) Does the green wire show continuity from the gauge to the fuel tank sender? Is there a reasonable resistance from where the green wire plugs into the sender to where the bown wire does? (Something between 10 ohms and 50 ohms, roughly.) Can you read that same resistance between the gauge end of the green wire and ground?
If all of those are "Yes", then the gauge itself has failed. --DD
