road trip question
I'm headed off to coastal carolina university for school in july. Right now ive got an 84 bmw 318i and my 76 914 in good condition. Havent had a problem with my 914 in the two years ive had it i think i may be underetimating it........im trying to decide which car to take to school. I live in Ohio so im wondering how well this car would make the 12 hour drive, and an ungaraged south carolina. the old bmw or classic porsche?
thanks alot -Rob

With a 914, you never really know what's gonna happen in 12 hours.

I thought it was more like 12 minutes.

Unless you're only planning on take the clothes on your back, I'd take the Bimmer over the 914.
And if you want to take her home, you gotta drop her friend off first ...
