Sportomatic stuff in the Factory Manual

Hello all,
In my continued madness to get a sportomatic in a 4cyl I went back to my facatory manual set. I did find that the sportomatic was designed for the 4cyl but I am missing pages! In Book 3 pages 0.0, 0.1 - 2/1 to 2/2x and 4.1 - 1/2 to 1/3 are not there. Can anyone check their set and let me know if you have them?

These pages are not in my manual set either. I don't think that they were included. The Sprotomatic Transmission was a very difficult piece of equipment to get to work correctly.
