Gearbox again - assemble dry??? Lubes?
Thanks for all the help - the process is going quite smoothly. One question though, the manual says to assemble the gear stacks dry - why? I presume though that one should at least grease (white, lithium) the needle bearings inside the gears. Any problem with this?
Any problem with particular lubricants and early limited slip diffs? TIA, DAve
