German Werks in Chula Vista
Anybody have any good or bad experiances with these guys? My buddy is interested in getting a freshly rebuilt motor from these folks, at a decent price, but we just want to do a little research first.
He wants to put it in this car: http://forums.pelicanparts.com/showthread.php?threadid=173984

Since I live in Chula Vista I would have thought I would have heard of these guys? I can't remember anything so that means that at least there is no really negative stuff around. As with any engine I would make sure to ask how and what was used to do the rebuild and what is the warranty, etc. Good luck

Yeah, hopefully he doesn't get screwed. He just wants a little more power, like the rest of us
