The mechanicals may be great, I dunno, but the body kit is "too much". He shouldv'e just put GT flares on the car.

This car has been for sale forever. Its nicely assembled, but the kit and overall design statement of the car is awful.

Was that the same one pictured wrecked in a ditch somewhere after some Porsche event like a year and half ago or so? Looks well done, but my prefrences are different.

It actually looks like a well made/built kit, I just don't care for the styling.

I like it, but why make a Porsche look like a Ferrari? Pete

I like the stock look of the 914 or 914GT. Everything else is just not my taste.

The car was built by a very thoughtful engineer but i agree it should have had a GT kit in it at least. I think it looks between a kit ferrari, and a toyota MR2. Mind you with 350BHP it must go like stink!

I hate how people try and make them look like other cars. If you ask me, and of course I'm biased, the styling cues on the 914 are just fine.

In a way, I have to agree, I do like that car, a lot. I am partially on the side of the person who wants individuality. That is why I am building this Chalon with the V8 in it. I want to be unique in my car. If someone steals it, I just tell the cops a brief description and this car will stand out like a fart in church. That isnt the real reason I am building it though. I am building it because I like the way it looks. Not that I dont like the stock look of a 914 because I do. They grow on you after awhile. I am currently looking for another car, all stock that I can restore back to original, mostly. So my vote for the Yellow ebay car is, I think it's awesome.
