brake questions

Part 3 of the ever continuing saga of getting my 914/4 back to a daily driver... first, to get you caught up:
I just got my master cylinder working again and took the car out for a test drive. It drove fine but had a bit of a shake (similar to how an out of balance tire or a slight susupension misalignment feels like). I did some panic stops in the middle of the highway at 65mph (I love living in the middle of nowhere) and was reasonably pleased with the power of the brakes, but it pulled hard to the right. After several panic stops at speeds ranging from 65 to 35 I pulled over and checked things out, and noticed that though all the brakes were pretty toasty the right front was significantly hotter and smoking a little bit. I suspect that it was grabbing slightly and causing my shake at speed, but I don't know for sure. After letting it cool down some I continued driving, and noticed that now it was pulling slightly to the left. In general the car doesn't seem to track striaght under heavy braking.
Any opinions on what my next action should be? Does it sound like I need to rebuild my calipers, or do I just need to let them wear back in after sitting for so long (about 3 years of practically not moving, and another 3 years of very little use). The rotors had built up a nice surface coating of rust. I am planning on changing all my brake fluid, but I figured I would wait to do that until after I knew if I should rebuild the whole system. Any advice would be appreciated!
Stay tuned for my next installment in the saga, entitled "reinstalling a missing emergency brake".....I'm begining to wonder about the intelligence level of my car's previous owner...

i would start with new flexible brake lines and rebuild the front calibers. the flexible lines can sweel and hold pressure on the calibers or hold it back from the calibers
