european Headers
I am looking to by a pair of headers for my 914-4 for the street and some auto cross. I dont need heat so that is not a problem. I like the kerry hunter but the super trap may be to loud. I am now wondering about the European Headers. What are they ? I would like to see pictures. Can anyone give me some pictures and information On headers for a 914-4 1.7 litre. In a under price range of 700. With muffler.
Thanks Jake

I'll see if I can snap a picture over the weekend. I have a set that are sitting on the shelf waiting to install.
The thing that I like about them is that they include stub pipes, unlike the KH system. Makes for easier exhaust/engine removal without the fear of breaking an exhaust head stud. -Josh2 |

Jake,
The European headers are well made and the best thing as Josh2 mentioned...they use stub pipes at the heads. This means you can take the headers off without removing them from the heads...the stub pipe stays on the heads...they also make a street muffler that attaches to the headers. Also check out Chris Foley's headers at http://www.tangerineracing.com/ very well made headers. John
