Any reason I shouldn't...? (Valves)

In mid restoration with the 2.0 down to the case and the heads in for work at a local machinist. He tells me that the valve guides are worn and that 4 exhaust and one intake valve have between .005 and .008 taper, and probably ought to be replaced.
I'm thinking that while I'm at it... I might as well have him install bigger valves in preparation for next year's 2.4litre winter project. (unless that 2.2l six materializes) I plan on running an otherwise stock fuel injected motor for this season. I can't imagine it how, but will this cause any problems wit the FI or anything else? Any suggestions on valve size? Suppliers?
Many thanks as always for any assistance.
