Running hot!

I just finished Tunning the car, and it's still running hot. Today on the highway the CHT were getting past 375, up to 400. The only way to keep them below was to not drive, coast as much as possible, and not go faster than 55 for to long. And that's no fun at all. :(
What can I do?
Here is what I know. Timing good, cooling flaps open, valve clearance set, and it's not running lean.
What else is their?

Hey there is a guy with this same problem on the club.SmileWavy
Oh that's you too? Well What did you figure out?

I think it is a combo of 2* advanced on the timing and too lean to get HC down on the smog check, that is my bet anyway

How's the fan? Are the flaps really opening all the way? Mine would, for some reason, bind partway open. :( That probably helped me to drop three valve seats...

How's the engine tin? All there? Any big holes?

How's the oil cooler? Full of crud in the fins? Mouse nests on top? Other problems? (Yeah, I know you can't really tell without pulling the tin off. But you may be able to look in the spark plug holes and so forth.)
