Clutch roll pin
My roll pin sheared this weekend. But the hole diameter of the clutch pedal arm is much larger than the hole in the shaft it fits on. Anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions for a fix other than just drilling out the shaft to the larger size?

Had a similar situation ... look VERY carefully at the hole to make sure there isn't still some metal in there ... suggest you tap a drift pin through there just to make sure.
Good luck ...

clutch pedal roll pin
I also had a similar experience. My pin didn't shear but the hole in the pedal arm became elongated. I drove the pin out and redrilled through pedal arm and pedal assembly rod. Inserted a larger roll pin and all seems fine. Don't go too much bigger, just enough to make all the holes the same size again. That's my experience anyways.
Good luck. Jimed
