Inspecting injectors

My car is running very lean at warm up. I want to check or clean my injectors. I don't want to brake them so how much force should I use to remove them?

Not much at all. You unbolt the metal holders from the intake runner pipes, and wiggle them out of the holes in the runners, with the holders still hanging around them.
