alternator/cover plate question

when i reinstall my alternator, the cover plate is mounted securely to the blower housing and with the sealing ring to the alt. but it also wants to move with the alternator when adjusting the belt tension.

what am i missing!?!?!

Another screw or two on the cover plate, it sounds like!!

Check for the screw labeled "19" on this page:
http://www.pelicanparts.com/914/parts/engine/aircooling_large.htm

There is also at least one screw going through the upper engine tin and the end of the cover plate into ... Umm, I think it's into the front engine tin or maybe the fan shroud? Anyway, there's at least one on the end holding it in place as well.
