Where do these wires go?

What do these wires do? Also, do they hook up to the question mark (looks that way)

yes. master cylinder warnig light wires ...

it's kinds rusty down there ...

also, i hope you only removed that bolt that holds up your steering rack to remove the dust-shield ...

if not, please put one in there asap ...

You noticed the rust?!? The whole car's like that (it's a virginia car). You're right about the bolt - didn't know that it held up the steering rack, but I did take the dust shield off to poke around. It's a bit like opening up a tomb or something - with the leaves, spiders and rust.

As for the wires, do they hook up in a specific order (can I reverse them and burn up anything)?

Plug them in any way you like , it is a switch leg for brake warning light.
