Rust Treatment
Well I am finally in the process of putting my 914 back together. I read somewhere about a rust treatment, something similar to POR15, that was not affected by welding. I was wanting to treat some of the tough spots while I still have some of the pieces off that have to be welded back on. Anyone ever heard of the stuff? TIA
I have talked with the POR15 folks and they said if I use it before welding, the stuff turns to ash which makes it useless.
