$300.00 to rebuild distributor. received after 1.5 weeks. no invoice or work order. old parts not shipped back. not even a new or old o-ring. called roy to ask him to return the old parts clips,o-ring,point terminal hold down bracket he became very defensive and abusive with strange analogies about hamburger stands and crap and cursing f words and s words. anyway i'm not getting my parts back. but he's not getting his payment or my business ever again.
for the record, the work overall is fine. but $300.00 is a bit excessive. |

Unfortunately you should not be surprised they don't have a very good track record yet they stay in business somehow.

You didn't say what type of distributor, but when we had the Bosch unit for my race car 6 cylinder rebuilt locally in San Diego last year it took nearly two weeks and cost me about $400 total. It does work much better than new though!
