Anyone know where I could get a good dependable electric fuel pump that is better then the crap Autozone sells, but not extremely expensive. I need it for a carbed 914 with dual dells on it. Need a range upto 5psi max. I currently operate below the range at 3.5psi.
Thanks Cliff |

I'm not sure you have a NAPA store where your at but they sell the same electric fuel pump that AA sells in a different package for about 15 dollars less. Hope that helps.

Hello
Pierburg has a small and effective fuelpump. They run around 100$ for the complete kit with relay and clamp. They are super compact and will fit trough the acceshole behind the fueltank. You just need to get two cable up to the relay, one ground, one ignition. The relay can be placed at the fuse box and need one wire for the tach signal. They work perfect with carbs and have enough power to run even 914/6 engines. It has some 0,8 bar pressure and the presure will drop abouve 1L/min. Grüsse |
