Question Engine bay seal removal

I want to remove the 2 side and front seal that go around the engine tin. They sit in a top and bottom track, but do they slide out toward the front or the rear? Can't think they pry out or maybe they do. Any helpful suggestions are appreciated. I don't want to tear them up as they are in great shape.

I was able to pry mine out. They were old and brittle, so one or two of them broke when I did. I was taking them out to replace them, so I figured it was no biggie. I pried the new ones in, as well.
