The car need some clutch adjusting which they did . It has carbs . It needed to be adjusted right to pass emissions . That is also done . I guess it still has a miss . We will see .

Yeah, carbs up here are tricky business, as if they aren't persnickety at sea level. My '73 tooks a couple of weeks of fiddling by myself and my mechanic to get something reasonable. We finally settled on a compromise setting. The car runs great between 50 degrees and 80 degrees. If it's hotter or colder out I have learned just not to even try and drive the car. It's kind of a shame in the midst of the summer, but I just watch for the "cool" days where it's around 80 degrees...
