VDO Speedo rebuild
My stock VDO speedo works, but odometer does not. There is a course of plactic gears that should solve this, but I do not know how to get the speedometer open. Anyone have a clue, or is this a job for a professional shop?
Thanks |

Thanks! Perfect, just what I am looking for. (I have a '74, 2.0 that is Olympic blue also, 65k miles, in near perfect condition.)

In case you are not "into" repairing speedometers yourself, I'll vouch for Pelican parts repair. They performed the service without disturbing the original miles on the odometer. Excellent job!
