Vacuum hose diagram- again please?
I have a few two loose vacuum hoses in my 73 914 2.0L
I have been reading that a leaky vacuum hose may be the culprit to an aidle that hunts from 1000-500 and sometimes just stalls. I have adjusted the idle-screw near the air cleaner so that it idles a bit higher around 1200 so that it does not idle so low that it stalls, but the idle still hunts from 1200- maybe 800. Drove the car today in the beautiful So. Calif. weather-80degrees.and was going down a hill and the car just stalled at the light on PCH and Newport Coast drive. CAn the problem be anything else? Thanks for posting any links to the vacuum hose diagrams.

Thanks!
Does it affect engine performance if the vacuum lines going to the charcoal canister is not connected? I took the car out for a test drive and the idle is definitely much better and more stable and more importanlt does not stall!!! Thanks for the help.
