After over a tear finally on the ground!

Got the tranny broke loose and the clutch is working except i cant get first or second. adjusted all of the way out and still no joy. Drove around the block for the first time since i started the resto! any ideas on my clutch issue?

Check that the leakage is right. The cone screws maybe loose.

I agree, if it's not leaking enough, you may be out of oil.....

In reality, check the shifter linkage, cones screws, and all the bushings to make sure they are all in working order, it may just be the firewall bushing is missing and that might explain why you can't get into the gates.
