batteries plus battery for the six conversion
My 1975 GT replica with a 3.0 for what ever reason does not like the yellow Optima batteries it has gone through two of them in four years. Nothing wrong with the cars charging system I just have not been lucky with these. So I'm thinking about going to the local Batteries Plus store to get a new AGM type battery. Yes I am familiar with all the threads on Odyssey , Braille and all the others but I want to buy specifically from BP if possible just because they are close by. Most of the FLAPS near me do not have a selection of AGM batteries they seem to only stock wet cell. So are any of you using BP batteries ? Do they have a model that fits the stock battery tray ?

Ended up buying a conventional sealed wet cell battery from local FLAPS for $92.00 + tax.

Optima red top is what I used. If you are looking for an AGM battery, try searching for a miata battery. Group 34R, for civics and integras, is another option
try these guys Motorcyle Batteries and Marine Battteries
