Need to put alternator belt back on 71- 914, I can not find the tool to remove this bolt. Does anyone know were it can be purchased, I have called everyone in Monterey county with no luck.

Which bolt ?
The bolt that keeps it from pivoting can be loosened with a 6mm allen head wrench or socket. The bolt that it pivots from uses a 13mm nut on the backside. If somebody has stripped the bolt that can be loosened with the allen wrench, pull the side plug on the tin and use a pair of Visegrips. |

We took the bolt off with visegrips and that picture shows the right bolt.
