mystery solex carbs.

I found a set of carbs in a friends type4 stash this last weekend. I'm posting to see if anyone can help indentify them and what I should do with them ( or if anyone wanst them ). He used to design and build Super Vees in the 70's and 80's and he thinks they may be off of a SV.
