Could be he likes to mow the lawn in a hurry! Leaves more time for paintin' them hoses. The rest of the car probably looks like a rolling commercial for Pep Boys (looks like real chrome) Custom Accessories.

Look closely and you can see the orange extension cord going back towards the battery, too funny! They even hooked up the MAF
