Hi Quality Paint shops in MD??
I just had a some mechanical work done at Ralph's in MD; however the car need paint. I am home only for a few days and don't have time to head to Va to check out any good paint shops.
Any recommendations? I am local to DC thanks Carbster |

I responded on the 911 board, think about checking with Scotty B in Richmond (Kahiko Customs)
He's VERY easy to work with and can get whatever finish you are looking for, driver quality, show winning quality etc.

Ding ding ding! We have a winner. Call Scotty at Kahiko Customs in Charles City, VA and see what he can do for you. I am in VA right now waiting for Scotty to pick me up at the Marriott so I can go see my car and we can discuss the next phase of the build on my Six. BTW, I shipped my car from CA to VA so he could take care of it.

Aw man, the queue is getting longer?
I guess Scotty is in high demand. Maybe we Virginians can get some sort of scheduling priority here...

What a kick in the teeth! I was at a few other shops last week. I was a close as Richmond! The other shops did not want to do the work, no doubt about that!
