Help!!
I'm reassembling my 74 and I placed an order for some weatherstripping and no one seems to have the lower front windshield weatherstripping in stock. I've tried Pelican, Performance and Tweeks. They have none in stock. Any advice or other place to order from. Do I have to have this seal? I would like to put the glass in and put my car in storage before the snow flies! Help!

Couldn't hurt to check with a glass shop... I have been surprised where some original 914 pieces end up hiding

I hate to say this but I got desperate and called AA. They had it in stock and shipped it 2-day. Now let's see if and what I get. The sales guy from pelican said their nationwide Porsche parts database showed that none were available from any Porsche dealer in the U.S. I was shocked since that seems like a fairly common item! Oh well!
