bumper fitting?

Hey Dave,

since i know you're looking through the site right now..

can you tell me if a early model bumper will fit a 76 body?.. the only discrepency i can see is that the 76 had those two little flaps on the side of the car to hold the rubber from the bumper (the late style bumpers).

Ya just missed me last night...

Anyway, the bumpers do fit *if*... If you take the time to drill the mounting holes carefully, and if you grind off the flanges that hold the edge of the late-style bumpers.
